- The Foley team's most recent coalition-building effort is the RTC's TRAC committee. Helen Foley developed the committee alongside the RTC and serves as project manager and facilitator of the 36-member committee of community leaders.
- The hallmark of success for TRAC is the November 2016 passage of a ballot initiative that secured billions in transportation funding for Clark County.
- The Foley team spearheaded the efforts to successfully implement TRAC's recommendations during the 2017 and 2019 Nevada Legislative Sessions, and has developed the framework and agendas, secured national and local speakers and experts, and recruited and monitored elected official panel discussions for 23 committee meetings.

- From concept to implementation, the Foley team brought a new idea to the Nevada State Legislature designed to educate elected officials on the latest advancements in transportation technology. The exhibition featured Aptiv, Keolis, Lime, Lyft, and Tesla, to name a few. The event concluded with a joint session of the Senate and Assembly Growth & Infrastructure Committees where members heard from local governments and private industry about how Nevada continues to lead, test, and deploy innovative technologies.
Southern Nevada Water Authority (SNWA).

- The Foley team assists the SNWA with development of legislative initiatives and community partnerships to gain support for water quality and conservation programs.
- The team recruited major business and community leaders to partner with the SNWA to promote water-efficient business practices.
- The Foley team led the water quality education program resulting in an increase in the overall perception of Southern Nevada's water safety.
T-Mobile USA.
Advise - Impact - Resolve.
- Helen Foley has advised T-Mobile USA on all Nevada government affairs issues for two decades working to secure support from lawmakers to enhance connectivity for Nevadans.
